The railway children asked me to make a film for their November ball using footage that I had previously obtained for two other films.
The video is then to be embedded onto their website. It really shows how footage can be re edited to serve different purposes.
(If you have problems watching this film then you may need to upgrade your flash player)
We wanted to make a film that was very personal and portrayed the work of the charity through the voice of a single child. Between us we developed the script around a character named Deepesh. Much of the story about Deepesh is true and was taken from a boy that I met while making their Saathi film in Mumbai.
